- Integrated maintenance across subsystems, with attention to life‑cycle cost and asset longevity
- Management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, underpinned by 5S and Kaizen
- A culture shaped by “Simplicity and Fortitude” and traditional Japanese virtues – integrity, courage, respect and self‑discipline – shared by our Thai and Japanese teams

Zero Accidents Award 2023 ,the annual consecutive achievement given by Ministry of Labor’s
In our company, safety is our top priority. We take pride in the fact that we’ve been recognized by the Ministry of Labor with the campaign of Zero Accident Award. This recognition reflects our commitment to safety and the steps we’ve taken to reduce accidents caused by strong Safety activity plan as well as the aim of preventing human error through daily Kiken Yochi Training (KYT) and lessons learned.
What is KYT
KYT is a way of thinking about safety that we use every day. It helps us identify and fix possible problems before they lead to accidents. We’ve made KYT part of our daily routine, and it’s something that everyone in our company practices.
A big part of our success in reducing accidents is making sure that knowledge and good practices are passed from experienced employees to new ones. This way, we don’t lose the wisdom that comes from experience.
What we do every day
We’re committed to keeping our employees safe. Here’s what we do every day to make it happen;
Spotting Hazards: We encourage all employees to report anything they see that might be dangerous, no matter how small. This open reporting system helps us all keep an eye on safety.
Finding Solutions: When we report a potential problem, we work together to figure out how to make things safer. We’re always looking for ways to avoid accidents.
Practice and Training: To make sure everyone remembers how to stay safe; we regularly practice and train for different situations. It’s like practicing for a sports game to get better.
Sharing What We’ve Learned: Superiors doesn’t keep their lessons learnt to themselves. They share what they’ve learned from their experiences with everyone in the team. That way, the new comer can all learn from their mistakes and make overall workplace even safer.
We’re committed to reducing incidents and accidents caused by human error. We do this by practicing safety every day through KYT and Lesson learning from our past experiences. It’s not just something we do at work; it’s a way of JTT’s Safety culture. With KYT and lessons learned, we’re working towards a safer and more successful future.
