JTT & BEM Ten years of Dedicated Care, Sustained Partnership and High-Quality Maintenance, we turn proven railway maintenance performance into long-term value for operators – and a place where professionals grow.
Building on our MRT Purple Line track record, we will expand integrated, risk-based maintenance and engineering support in Thailand and beyond.
Through disciplined field execution, training, and on-site technical supervision, we strengthen safety, availability, and life-cycle cost performance.
With data and digital tools, we continuously improve reliability – delivering rail services passengers can trust, every day.
Defining MNT’s Excellence
Through a decade of partnership with BEM, we have leveraged our high-quality maintenance expertise to achieve a record of the lowest numbers of critical failures in Thailand regarding both personnel and equipment. Our achievement stems from continuous improvement and tireless efforts, driven by systematic planning across all levels from the technicians’ staff, supervisors to engineers and project support teams.
In the MRT Purple Line project, the Risk-Based Maintenance (RBM) approach was integrated into the maintenance planning process from the initial Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phase. The primary objectives were to maintain high standards of reliability, availability, quality, and safety, while extending asset service life and optimizing overall lifecycle costs.
Through the systematic implementation of RBM, the project successfully achieved measurable improvements in equipment performance and maintenance efficiency. Service life was extended and maintenance intervals were optimized for various components, such as, bogie assemblies, brake system equipment, and journal bearings, etc. These achievements demonstrate strong performance across all key dimensions: enhanced safety assurance, comprehensive functional reliability, improved asset availability, and cost-effective lifecycle management.
At JTT, safety is more than a requirement — it is a core value. We are committed to fostering a strong safety culture built on responsibility, ethical practices, and continuous improvement. We believe that an ethical workforce is the foundation of sustainable performance and long-term success.
Through close collaboration with our employees, customers, and partners, we actively create and maintain a safe, responsible, and sustainable working environment — not only for today, but for the future.
In recognition of JTT’s outstanding commitment and performance in safety management, BEM honored JTT with the Contractor Safety Awards 2025, acknowledging our excellence as a leading safety partner.
At JTT, we don’t just maintain the train, we build trust, day after day, so every journey feels safe, reliable, and full of promise
